NEWFAGS CANT TRIFORCE
A new Korean game called H.A.V.E designed by the apparently very unimaginative games developer Triforce Studio is somewhat the same as the very popular online shooter Team Fortress 2. After watching the trailer I found this video showing a few similarities:
Team Fortress Classic is one of the best games ever, and Team Fortress 2 has been in development for 10 years. Funny how all of a sudden there are now 3 TF style games all at once...
Triforce Studio are denying anything to do with Team Fortresss 2.

VINCENT VAN GOGH MAP
FOR COUNTERSTRIKE
Looks pretty amazing. There is a lot of work went into that one. This guy is the reverse of me-taking paintings and turning them into a half-life map. This really reminded me of a Van Gogh short film I saw a few years ago on TG4 in the middle of the night. Its part of Dreams by Akira Kurosawa. Funnily enough, Martin Scorsese plays the part of Vincent.
The action kicks off around half way in.

BANKSY BRISTOL
VIA GOOGLE STREET VIEW
I spent sunday in Bristol and didn't get to see the big Banksy exhibition. I'm not the world's biggest Banksy fan but I did feel guilty missing it as it looked like a wicked exhibition. So this post is purely out of guilt.

I'm loving Google Street View recently. I reckon it adds a dimension of accessibility to Banksy's work. Someone can view his little graffiti punch-lines in their natural habitat from anywhere in the world and with a new level of interactivity. Sure as hell beats buying a printed canvas of his work in a shit commercial gallery.

GOOGLE APOCALYPSE
STREET VIEW LENS FLARE AWESOME
Some excellent images from Google Maps Street View. Due to the nature of patching together several photographs employed by the software I found that the lens flare would start and stop in unusual places. Kinda gives it an eerie atom bomb exploding feel with a rocket trail and everything. Enjoy.
